do you make cakes with fondant or edible images?

No. All Poore Man Bakery cakes are decorated with buttercream only. All flowers are either real, buttercream, or pulled sugar flowers.

How far in advance do I need to order?

This depends on availability with other orders, but one month in advance is required in order to reserve a date.
